    Chief Executive Officer

    Nathaniel Torres is the founder and CEO of Torres Deck and Fence, bringing over 15 years of experience in project management and operations across the utilities, telecom, and logistics sectors. Before launching the company, he led major initiatives at Duke Energy, Time Warner Cable, and Frontier Communications, managing multimillion-dollar programs and diverse teams.

    A former startup founder and current U.S. Air Force Reservist, Nathaniel combines entrepreneurial drive with a strong commitment to service and quality—values that define the mission of Torres Deck and Fence.

  • Sean Maina

    Chief Technology Officer

    Sean Maina is the CTO of Torres Deck and Fence, driving the company’s technology strategy and innovation. With a background in software engineering, Sean focuses on integrating advanced technologies to enhance business operations and improve customer experience.

    Before joining Torres Deck and Fence, Sean held key roles at leading tech companies, including Full Stack Software Engineer at NetApp and Software Engineer at Meta, where he contributed to high-impact, large-scale projects.

    Sean holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University.

    Chief Construction Officer

    With over 20 years of hands-on experience as a General Contractor in the construction industry, Douglas Frazier is the trusted construction expert at Torres Deck and Fence. Specializing in home and deck building and fencing projects, Douglas ensures every job runs smoothly, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. His deep expertise in project management, combined with his commitment to safety and customer satisfaction, makes him an invaluable part of the Torres Deck and Fence team. Whether overseeing large-scale operations or coordinating daily tasks, Douglas’s leadership and attention to detail ensure that every project is completed to perfection.

  • Wanda Gaskins

    Customer Success Manager

    Wanda Gaskins is the friendly voice and trusted guide behind many of our smoothest customer experiences at Torres Deck and Fence. With over 11 years of experience in banking—including leadership roles at Bank of America and the National Bank of South Carolina—Wanda knows how to handle complex customer needs with professionalism, clarity, and care.

    Before joining our team, she also worked in home health care, bringing a strong sense of compassion and attention to detail to every interaction. Wanda’s unique background helps her connect personally with every homeowner and ensure their experience with Torres Deck and Fence is as seamless and satisfying as the decks and fences we build.

    She holds a Bachelor's degree from Ashford University, with studies focused on Early Childhood Education and Healthcare, and she brings the same nurturing mindset to every project.

    Outside of work, Wanda enjoys family time, community service, and helping others feel at home—whether it’s in their backyard or through great service.

  • Nick Covington

    Regional President – Memphis, TN

    Nick Covington has a background in professional sports and executive leadership, Nick brings a performance-driven, team-oriented approach to construction management.

    He spent over a decade as a professional basketball player and coach—including roles with the Memphis Grizzlies and Memphis Hustle—developing a strong ability to lead under pressure, build cohesive teams, and execute long-term goals. As President of Pro Skills Developments, he also built a nationally recognized training organization, showcasing his entrepreneurial mindset and operational focus.

    Nick applies those strengths to drive regional growth, improve systems, and ensure exceptional service. Known for his hands-on leadership and clear communication, he plays a key role in advancing the company’s mission of quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

  • Erik Hudson

    Regional President – Austin, TX

    Erik Hudson has a background in retail and inventory management, Erik brings a strong focus on efficiency, service, and results.

    He previously served as an Inventory Supervisor at WIS International and Store Manager at Dollar General, where he built a reputation for operational excellence and effective team leadership. Erik studied Music Engineering at Elizabeth City State University with a concentration in piano performance, a discipline that sharpened his attention to detail and creative problem-solving.

    Erik applies his broad skill set to drive regional growth, support high-performing teams, and ensure every project meets the company’s high standards of quality and customer care.
